To all my patients, I regret to inform you that I will be retiring on February 28, 2025. It has been a tremendous privilege to serve as your physician and be part of your healthcare journey. While I do not have a specific physician to recommend, I encourage you to contact a new practice to ensure continuity of care. Physicians at Mountain View Family Physicians will no longer be able to provide care after February 28, 2025. Thank you for the trust and confidence you have placed in me. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have been part of your healthcare team.
