Dr. Mandy Lim was born and raised in San Jose, California. He graduated from University of Nevada of Las Vegas and received his bachelors in Kinesiology. He continued his education and received his medical degree from Touro University – Nevada. He later completed his Family Medicine residency at Lone Star Family Health Center in Conroe, Texas. Dr. Lim was drawn to the beautiful city of Phoenix, where he decided to join a great team of physicians at Mountain View Family Physicians. He is board certified in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. 

Dr. Lim enjoys building relationships with patients. He sees patients of all ages and has a special interest in nutrition and preventative care. Dr. Lim believes a healthy lifestyle is best achieved through whole food-plant based nutrition, consistent exercise and activity, continuous self-improvement, and surrounding oneself with friends and family.

In his spare time, he enjoys running, traveling, long walks on the beach, mixed martial arts, and Jiu-Jitsu
