To my patients:

It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement from Mountain View Family Physicians as of 05/31/2025.  Many of you have followed me from my first practice I Ahwatukee for which I am grateful.  I have cherished the ability to partner with you on your journey to wellness.  It has been my honor and privilege to care for you.  It has been a significant joy to not only take care of your medial needs, but also to get to know you over the years, your families, travels, hobbies, pets, etc.

I understand that this decision will come as a surprise to some of you and I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.  I encourage you to establish with a new family medicine  physician.  MVFP is excited about the addition of two to three new physicians that have joined or will be joining the practice soon.  If you are interested in staying at MVFP, I would encourage you to notify the office.  The new doctor’s availability to take on additional patients may be limited soon.

Many of you may find it easier to relocate your care to a physician closer to home.  Please have your new physician’s office request your records from our office.

There are many physicians accepting new patients in primary care through Honor Health, Banner Health, and Dignity Health. Office locations throughout the Phoenix area can be seen on their websites.

I am thankful for the opportunity to be your physician. I wish you all the best in the future.
